Grade 2 titanium alloy features an ultra-high purity of over 99%, exhibiting outstanding performance across aerospace, medical, and marine engineering sectors. GR2 titanium plates deliver strength comparable to steel, yet are 40% lighter in weight. They offer exceptional corrosion resistance to withstand the harshest environments, along with excellent biocompatibility, making them an ideal material for human implants.
Performance Characteristics:
Low density and high strength, with tensile strength exceeding 345 MPa. The alloy also provides excellent ductility, weldability, and formability, coupled with superior corrosion resistance and low sensitivity to atmospheric and seawater environments.
